Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or outer carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
